Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. invites you to lead Semiahmoo Resort’s Spa as Director. You will drive guest-centric service, oversee all spa operations, and shape programs that elevate luxury experiences while impacting revenue and budget performance.

You will manage a high-caliber team, recruit qualified spa professionals, and partner with senior leadership on strategic property initiatives. This is a dynamic, premium role in a resort setting with extensive employee perks and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience in spa management
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and departments
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and related tools

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all Spa Department operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance and presentation
• Develop and evolve spa programs and treatments to drive guest experience and revenue
• Oversee budget, financial controls and payroll for the department
• Mentor and develop spa leadership and staff for future growth
• Recruit, interview and select qualified spa candidates and build a pipeline of talent
