Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Proficient computer, communication and telephone skills.
• Native American/Alaskan native preference applies under TERO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all spa appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of all spa services and products.
• Maintain spa facility throughout shift.
• Escort guests to and from treatments.
• Cashiering duties for services and retail; answer calls.
