Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Sage Lodge spa in Montana. You will drive guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, coordinating spa programs, and ensuring safety and quality standards across operations.

The role requires a BA with 4–5 years of spa supervisory experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting. Competitive benefits and a dynamic, values-driven culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Spa supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises the day to day operations of the Spa.
• Responsible to ensure the overall cleanliness of the facilities.
• Develops, coordinates and promotes Spa programs to maximize guest enjoyment and revenue.
• Maintains efficient operations, and adherence to established safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions or equipment.
• Audits payroll on a bi-weekly basis including providing technician reports.
• Other duties that may be associated with Spa operations.
