White Lodging is seeking a Spa Curator in Austin, TX to guide guests through spa experiences from booking to checkout. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, cash handling, and hospitality in a premium hotel setting.

As a Spa Curator, you will describe treatments, manage spa software, handle reservations, and promote spa programs while ensuring policies are followed and inventory is tracked. The position offers room for growth within a luxury hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Past customer service experience, preferably in a spa environment.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Minimum of one year of employment within a hospitality-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing.

• Maintain an accurate count of retail inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Provide guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and other spa policies.
• Utilize spa computers and software with skill and proficiency.
• Answer the phone promptly and operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail products, and available programs, promotions, or discounts.
• Accurately reserve, change, and cancel spa appointments.
• Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment processes are handled in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain an accurate count of retail inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
