Job summary

A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio in Prescott, AZ is seeking a full-time Spa Coordinator who brings calm confidence to a fast-paced setting. You will guide client experiences, schedule services, and maintain confidential client files with a warm, service-first approach.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering questions, processing payments, and promoting memberships and products. Expect evenings, weekends, and staff meetings as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and set a positive tone for their visit.
• Schedule services and answer questions in person or by phone.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service consistently.
• Maintain client files with confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Anticipate client needs and own their satisfaction.
• Keep spa space inviting, tidy, and stocked; assist with upkeep.
• Launder towels and robes and maintain treatment-room prep between clients.
• Create a safe, clean, nurturing environment for clients and staff.
• Check clients in/out and process payments.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, and retail with knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Resolve client concerns with patience and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawer; communicate with management and teams.
• Work evenings/weekends and attend staff meetings.
• Coordinate appointment flow to keep the studio running smoothly.
