Job summary

Elase in Chandler, AZ seeks a Client Coordinator to support spa operations and deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will handle all point-of-sale processes, answer phones, schedule clients, oversee memberships, and manage the end-to-end appointment flow.

Essentials include 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot; Zenoti experience is a plus. This onsite role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full point-of-sale functions in the spa.
• Answer inbound communication and convert inquiries into consultations.
• Manage appointment lifecycle including reminders, check-in, cancellations and rebooking.
• Oversee client membership maintenance and sales.
• Support General Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
