Qualifications

• Previous experience in membership sales, spa/wellness, concierge services, or comparable professional hospitality required
• Demonstrated ability to sell services, packages, memberships, or products
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and asking for the sale
• Experience with scheduling software, POS systems, or CRM platforms preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and personal accountability
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently in a busy environment
• Consistent evening and closing availability

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized guest experience from initial contact through checkout
• Manage appointments, scheduling, payments, and membership accounts with accuracy
• Identify guest needs through thoughtful, consultative conversations
• Confidently present and sell Wellness Memberships, services, and packages
• Build guest loyalty through relationship development, retention, and follow-up
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, independently, and with sound judgment
• Support daily sales goals, appointment utilization, and studio operations
• Maintain a polished, welcoming environment and consistently high service standards
