Elements Massage Summerlin & Henderson is hiring Guest Concierge professionals in Las Vegas. You will deliver a personalized guest experience, manage appointments and memberships, and actively present Wellness Memberships and services.

Overview

Are you an articulate, service-oriented hospitality or sales professional with the ability to transform exceptional guest interactions into enduring client relationships?

Elements Massage is seeking polished, confident, and service-minded professionals to join our Guest Concierge teams at our Summerlin and Henderson studios.

This is a hospitality-driven, sales-focused position for someone with experience in spa and wellness, membership sales, concierge services, or upscale customer-facing environments.

We're looking for a professional who delivers exceptional, articulate service beyond basic front-desk operations. You should excel at cultivating meaningful client relationships, providing expert service recommendations, confidently presenting membership options with poise, and driving measurable business results.

Evening and closing availability is required, including shifts ending at 9:30 PM and extended 11:30 AM-9:30 PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized guest experience from initial contact through checkout

Qualifications
