Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a Spa Receptionist for the Gold Coast location in Chicago. This part-time role involves greeting members, managing front-desk operations, handling calls, and coordinating spa bookings with a focus on hospitality.

You will process payments, maintain cleanliness, and educate clients on Recovery Lounge services while supporting other departments as needed. A robust hospitality training program is provided to ensure excellence.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer-service experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to greet members and guests warmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome with warmth: greet members by name with a smile, creating a positive first impression
• Maintain a pristine space: keep the spa’s front desk, and tanning areas spotless and organized
• Professional communication: answer incoming calls and direct them with professionalism and care
• Appointment management: coordinate with spa staff to manage bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling
• Handle transactions: process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Client connection: make reminder and confirmation calls to inform clients about their appointments
• Be an expert: educate clients on Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions, and guide them in selecting the best products and services for their needs
• Respond & support: address members’ questions and concerns and provide additional support to other departments as needed
