Job summary

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) in Park Ridge is seeking a Front Desk Attendant. This part-time role includes coordinating check-ins, greeting members, and handling inquiries at the front desk.

You will support the Membership Department, participate in staff meetings, and ensure a clean, safe environment for all members and guests. Training and benefits are provided as part of our hospitality program.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
• Check-in members and guests to the club
• Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; provide support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
• Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
• Take payments and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of the shift
• Attend required department and club staff meetings
• Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and staff
