Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior Customer Service/Desk Operations experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests entering the facility.
• Swipe/Enter members or guests and verify membership information.
• Provide information about classes, programs, and promotions; direct inquiries as needed.
• Complete register sale transactions and process payments.
• Update member information in CSI software.
• Answer high volume calls promptly and route to appropriate personnel.
