East West Hospitality is hiring a Spa Concierge for Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. This on-site, part-time, year-round position combines front desk duties with spa reservations, retail sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

You'll greet guests, assist with bookings, process transactions, restock the boutique, and support the fitness desk as needed. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and guest-service mindset.
• Hospitality experience preferred, 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests, provide information about services and amenities, and assist with reservations and scheduling.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas, including opening and closing duties.
• Process spa and retail transactions accurately using the POS system and assist guests with boutique purchases and product recommendations.
• Restock and merchandise retail products while working toward spa retail sales goals.
• Monitor guest needs, address service concerns, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
• Provide support at the Fitness Desk and in other areas of the spa as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs.

Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is looking for a part‑time Spa Concierge to welcome guests and support the day‑to‑day operation of our award‑winning spa. This role combines front desk and guest service responsibilities with spa reservations, retail sales, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and creating a positive guest experience, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded professional who is at least 18 years of age and brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills. They are organized, able to problem‑solve independently, and remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast‑paced environment. Spa treatment and product knowledge is a plus.
