Job summary

East West Hospitality is hiring a Spa Concierge for Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. This on-site, part-time, year-round position combines front desk duties with spa reservations, retail sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

You'll greet guests, assist with bookings, process transactions, restock the boutique, and support the fitness desk as needed. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and guest-service mindset.
• Hospitality experience preferred, 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests, provide information about services and amenities, and assist with reservations and scheduling.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas, including opening and closing duties.
• Process spa and retail transactions accurately using the POS system and assist guests with boutique purchases and product recommendations.
• Restock and merchandise retail products while working toward spa retail sales goals.
• Monitor guest needs, address service concerns, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
• Provide support at the Fitness Desk and in other areas of the spa as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs.
