East West Hospitality’s Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO seeks a Night Audit Agent to manage check-ins/out and nightly financials. You’ll support loyalty programs, handle calls, and ensure smooth overnight operations in a quiet, focused setting.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a customer‑first approach. The ideal candidate has prior front desk hotel experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to stay alert through a night schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk in hotel or resort setting with strong guest service focus.
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Warm, professional, and able to multitask and stay composed overnight.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check-in/out, verify registrations and handle inquiries.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy benefits and ensure loyalty perks are delivered.
• Answer calls efficiently using Marriott systems and two-way radios.
• Address guest concerns promptly and dispatch staff as needed.
• Perform nightly audit procedures for two properties and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct overnight security sweeps to maintain guest safety.

Duties Include:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, complete check-ins, verify registration details, and assist with early morning check-outs.
• Promote and recognize Marriott Bonvoy members, ensuring loyalty benefits are delivered with excellence.
• Handle incoming calls and direct communications efficiently using Marriott systems and two-way radios.
• Address guest concerns and service requests promptly, dispatching staff as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform nightly audit procedures for two properties, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.
• Conduct regular overnight security sweeps to maintain guest safety and a secure environment.

Pay Rate: $23/ hour + potential commissions

Schedule: 11pm - 7:30am

Prior front desk experience in a hotel or resort environment, along with working knowledge of Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems. You are warm and welcoming, with a professional, attentive approach and a genuine commitment to creating a positive guest experience. You’re comfortable multitasking, managing your time effectively, and solving problems independently while knowing when to involve the team. You can handle difficult or unexpected situations with sound judgment and a calm demeanor, communicate well with coworkers, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Because this is an overnight position, you must be able to remain alert, focused, and engaged throughout the night while helping maintain a safe and secure property. The ability to manage your daytime sleep schedule, remain on your feet for up to 8 hours, and stay positive and productive during both quiet and busy periods is essential.
