Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort's Spa Brezza is seeking a Part-Time Spa Receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage bookings, and support a serene spa experience on Mission Bay.

As the first point of contact, you will handle reservations, cancellations, and inform guests about treatments and amenities, while maintaining a clean front desk and professional presentation. Weekend availability is required; on-demand pay and travel discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean, sanitized, organized workspace.
• Previous experience in reception, front desk or customer service.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using spa booking software.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and mornings or evenings according to business needs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
