Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Spa Concierge for Thompson Central Park New York. This part-time seasonal role guides guests through relaxation experiences, schedules treatments, and tailors spa journeys to individual preferences, blending hospitality with wellness to ensure guests feel cared for and pampered. Shift 12:00–8:00 pm; must work weekends and holidays.

Rate $20.00 per hour. Prior spa or hospitality experience is preferred, with excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail and customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Operate effectively in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule treatments and tailor spa experiences to guest preferences.
• Provide expert knowledge of services and recommend therapies.
• Coordinate amenities, special requests, and post-treatment arrangements.
• Act as guest’s personal guide to relaxation in a luxury spa setting.

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Shift 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work both weekend days and holidays.

Part-Time Seasonal

Rate of Pay $20.00 an hour

TheSpa Conciergeserves as the guest’s personal guide to relaxation and well ‑ being, handling everything from scheduling treatments to tailoring spa experiences based on individual preferences. They provide expert knowledge of services, recommend therapies that suit a guest’s needs, and coordinate details like amenities, special requests, and post ‑ treatment arrangements. Their role blends hospitality with wellness expertise, ensuring every guest feels cared for, understood, and effortlessly pampered throughout their visit.
