Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Spa Concierge at Spruce Peak for a luxury resort experience in Stowe, VT. You will help guests with scheduling treatments and tailoring spa experiences to individual preferences, combining hospitality with wellness expertise to ensure a pampered visit.

Shift 12:00–20:00, full-time year round, with weekend and holiday work. Hyatt offers strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Operate effectively in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

• Shift: 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work weekend days and holidays.
• Contract: Full-Time Year Round
• Rate of Pay: $20.00 an hour
