Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Vermont is seeking a Spa Concierge to act as the guest’s personal guide to relaxation and wellbeing, coordinating treatments and tailoring experiences to individual preferences.

You will blend hospitality with wellness expertise, ensure seamless service, and help guests feel cared for, understood, and pampered throughout their visit. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing guest needs.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as guest’s personal guide to relaxation and wellbeing.
• Schedule treatments and tailor spa experiences to guest preferences.
• Provide expert knowledge of services and therapies.
• Coordinate amenities, special requests, and post‑treatment arrangements.
• Ensure guests feel cared for, understood, and pampered throughout their visit.

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Shift 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work weekend days and holidays.

Full-Time Year Round

Rate of Pay $20.00 an hour

The Spa Concierge serves as the guest’s personal guide to relaxation and well ‑ being, handling everything from scheduling treatments to tailoring spa experiences based on individual preferences. They provide expert knowledge of services, recommend therapies that suit a guest ’ s needs, and coordinate details like amenities, special requests, and post ‑ treatment arrangements. Their role blends hospitality with wellness expertise, ensuring every guest feels cared for, understood, and effortlessly pampered throughout their visit.
