Hotel Wildemont, Autograph Collection in Mountain Brook near Birmingham seeks a friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. You will greet guests, book services, process payments, and support the spa staff to deliver a relaxing, premium experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a sales mindset; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; basic computer skills with booking software; hospitality or spa experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or spa.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and booking/scheduling software experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Check guests in for services and assist with appointments.
• Take payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain the spa lobby/reception area.
• Provide information about facilities and activities.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Explain and enforce spa rules and policies.
• Welcome guests and assist guests with disabilities as needed.
