Qualifications

• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to welcome guests (hospitality focus).
• Ability to provide information about spa services and classes.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and offer complimentary beverages.
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, classes and activities.
• Schedule appointments using the Pro Solutions scheduling system.
• Communicate add-ons or modifications to treatment staff to ensure seamless service.
• Explain ticketing procedures, including billing and gratuity guidelines, and process hotel charges and transactions.
• Maintain an organized workspace and support daily record-keeping.
