Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a friendly Spa Desk Receptionist for the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, MI. You will greet guests, assist with spa bookings, and help maintain a welcoming, professional front desk. Shifts typically run 8am–5pm or 10am–7pm, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be familiar with each hotel's layout, products, services, amenities and history.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm at the spa desk and provide courteous service.
• Prepare standard reports such as help desk incident reports.
• Greet and prepare guests for services and check them out, taking payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized spa area and follow safety standards.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned by management.
