The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection in Washington, DC, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Spa Receptionist. You will greet guests, introduce facilities, and ensure a welcoming, relaxing experience.

You will coordinate bookings, maintain spa and fitness areas, and work with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. The role requires flexible weekends/holidays and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Qualifikationen

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to frequent bend, push/pull, and lift up to 30 lbs. and occasional 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greeting clients as they enter the Spa.
• Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
• Assisting clients with proper equipment usage.
• Assisting guests with booking treatments, by phone or in person and recording transactions.
• Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
• Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety.
