Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage spa reservations, packages, appointments, and individual treatments.
• Welcome guests, handle registration, check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about spa services, amenities, and products; make recommendations.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the women’s locker room, lounge, and related areas.
• Communicate effectively with therapists, spa leadership, and other departments.
• Uphold spa policies, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines.
