• Previous customer service or host/greeter experience preferred but not required
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waitlists using the seating system
• Communicate accurate wait times and accommodate guest preferences when possible
