Job summary

Bally in the Lake Tahoe area is seeking an entry-level Spa Front Desk Associate to support daily spa operations. You will manage guest check-ins, schedule appointments, handle transactions, and assist with membership processing in a busy health spa environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate cash handling, and teamwork. Training provided; duties may evolve with business needs, while staying compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Collects soiled linens and delivers them to the laundry room on a daily basis. Picks up clean linens on a daily basis.
• Maintains stock items for the health spa.
• Demonstrates operation and explains purpose of exercise equipment.
• Processes memberships and inputs into computer database.
• Answers phone calls and schedules spa service appointments.
• Collects fees and processes transactions for use of facilities, services, and retail merchandise.
• Follows the Customer Service Model at all times.
• Other related duties as assigned.
