Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a guest services/reception associate to warmly answer phones, greet guests, and schedule spa and amenity appointments. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and a courteous, professional demeanor.

You will help maintain spa and amenity areas and support team operations. The position is full-time with comprehensive benefits, including medical plans and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience in reception desk and/or salon/spa is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be multitask oriented.
• Must be able to work well with others and as a team.
• Schedules appointments accurately.
• Must be able to handle the computer system and all cash handling procedures.
• Answer phones promptly and in a friendly way.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of spa treatments.
• Stock brochures at the front desk.
• Restock retail items.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Attend training classes and staff meetings; check lights and equipment; report maintenance problems.
