Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a friendly front desk associate to provide exceptional guest service by answering phones, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining spa and amenity areas. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay is $20 per hour with a schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, plus a lunch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Reception desk and/or salon/spa experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be multitask oriented.
• Must be able to work well with others and as a team.
• Schedules appointments accurately.
• Must be able to handle the computer system and all cash handling procedures.
• Answer phones promptly and in a friendly way.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of spa treatments.
• Stock brochures at the front desk.
• Restock retail items.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Participate and attend all training classes and staff meetings.
