Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Listen and respond to guest inquiries with a positive, clear voice.
• Ensure guests are on time for treatments and locate them.
• Assist treatment staff with spa preparation and cleanup.
• Monitor guests' safety and comfort in spa facilities.
• Register guests and input information into computer; process payments.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and upsell spa services.
• Assist guests in locker rooms and keep areas stocked and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
