Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling spa appointments, assisting clients with services, handling check-ins/outs, processing payments, and maintaining SpaSoft client records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Schedule and confirm spa/salon appointments; assist clients in selecting services.
• Check-in/check-out of appointments; greet clients and provide tours of facilities.
• Record sales transactions and manage payments.
• Manage client activity within SpaSoft system.
