Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Spa Concierge at Spruce Peak in Stowe, VT. The role involves guiding guests through spa experiences, scheduling treatments, and tailoring services to individual preferences in a luxury resort setting.

You will blend hospitality and wellness expertise, providing service that makes guests feel cared for, understood, and pampered from arrival to departure. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Operate effectively in stressful situations; multi-tasking could be required.

Responsibilities

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Shift 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work weekend days and holidays.

Full-Time Year Round

Rate of Pay $20.00 an hour
