Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio (Stowe/VT context in ad) seeks a Spa Concierge to guide guests through wellness journeys, schedule treatments, and tailor spa experiences to individual preferences. You’ll blend hospitality with spa expertise to ensure guests feel cared for and pampered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Customer service experience.

• Knowledge of spa services and treatments is beneficial.
• Ability to remain calm and resolve conflicts under pressure.

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Shift 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work weekend days and holidays.

Full-Time Year Round

Rate of Pay $20.00 an hour

The Spa Concierge serves as the guest's personal guide to relaxation and well-being, handling everything from scheduling treatments to tailoring spa experiences based on individual preferences. They provide expert knowledge of services, recommend therapies that suit a guest's needs, and coordinate details like amenities, special requests, and post-treatment arrangements. Their role blends hospitality with wellness expertise, ensuring every guest feels cared for, understood, and effortlessly pampered throughout their visit.
