Job summary

Spa Lavender LLC in Kentucky seeks a friendly, polished Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first and last impression for guests. You’ll handle front desk operations, guest relations, appointment coordination, and membership/retail sales in a fast-paced luxury spa environment.

This role is proactive, sales-driven, and focused on exceptional guest experiences to grow the business while maintaining brand standards and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience required.
• Spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or membership-based business experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable initiating sales conversations and making service/product recommendations.
• Proven ability to upsell and confidently educate guests on memberships and retail.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Create a welcoming, polished atmosphere reflecting the brand standards.
• Manage guest flow, check-ins/check-outs, and waiting area experience.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally and discreetly.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage retention and repeat visits.
• Confidently recommend and sell spa services, memberships, packages, upgrades, add-ons, and retail products.
