Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking a Spa Coordinator to provide 5-star service to guests visiting the Spa and manage front and back of house operations.

The role requires availability for closing shifts (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and weekends, and involves booking appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring spa standards. You will handle appointments, inquiries, billing support, inventory, and guest transportation coordination, while maintaining a polished spa environment and assisting therapists

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on property guests.
• Open & Close procedures as scheduled.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and retrieve messages from voicemail.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily, ensuring breaks and balance.
• Oversee housekeeping, stocking towels/linens, and spa-related items.
• Complete confirmations for spa treatments for the following day.
• Assist with inventory and billing reconciliation after appointments.
