Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking a Spa Coordinator to provide 5-star service to guests at our on-site spa. You will manage front and back-of-house operations, book appointments, answer calls, and coordinate spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math.

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on property guests.
• Open & Close procedures as scheduled.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and retrieve messages from voicemail.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily.
• Greet all guests and assist them as necessary.
