Responsibilities

• Fulfill all job responsibilities of the Spa Concierge position.
• Monitor current and future appointments and ensure tickets are posted and notes captured.
• Book and coordinate appointments and provide excellent guest service.
• Welcome guests with smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Spa Manager.
• Train front desk staff and uphold front desk standards.
• Oversee front desk operations and ensure cleanliness and stock of the retail area.
