Job summary

The Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, CO is seeking a full-time Spa Concierge to welcome guests and facilitate relaxing spa experiences from check-in to checkout.

You'll answer phones, book appointments, sell retail, coordinate with departments, process payments, and uphold Leading Hotel of the World standards.

Proficiency with Spa Soft and Microsoft Office is preferred; high energy, teamwork, and guest service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Spa or resort experience preferred.
• Experience with Spa software and standard office tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and book appointments to maximize revenue.
• Schedule appointments per LHW standards and orient guests to the Spa.
• Check in/out guests, handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
