The Sonnenalp Hotel of Vail is seeking a full-time, seasonal Spa Concierge to welcome guests and ensure a relaxing spa experience from arrival. You will manage bookings, assist guests, and support daily spa operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions, promoting spa services, and maintaining a pristine spa environment. Experience in spa or resort settings and proficiency with SpaSoft, HMS, and Outlook are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Spa, resort, or hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with computer software systems (Spa Soft, HMS, HotSOS, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and book appointments.
• Schedule appointments per hotel standards.
• Check guests into/out of appointments and handle transactions accurately.
• Promote Spa products and services to guests.
• Sell retail and close sales for aestheticians/therapists.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs.
