Job summary

The Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, Colorado, seeks a Full-Time, Year-Round Spa Assistant Manager to lead our spa team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support daily operations, supervise frontline spa staff, and ensure service standards across retail, membership, and wellness outlets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ guest services/spa experience or a college degree in hospitality, preferably.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in spa or related field.
• Experience with spa operations, and computer software including MS Office and Springer Miller Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Spa Concierge and Aesthetics teams; support daily spa operations.
• Assist Spa Manager with staff training, scheduling, and guest issue resolution.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and coordinate with other hotel departments.
