Job summary

Sonnenalp Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time, seasonal Spa Concierge to provide exceptional guest service in the Spa, from arrival to departure. You will handle appointments, product recommendations, and sales, while maintaining spa standards and a welcoming environment.

The role requires English proficiency, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Wage is $21.00-$23.00 per hour, with additional tips/commissions potential, and resort discounts and benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; resort/spa experience preferred.
• Experience with Spa Soft, HMS, HotSOS or similar software.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, book appointments, and maximize revenue.
• Schedule appointments following LHW standards.
• Check guests in/out and handle payments accurately.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs ( reservations, room service, front desk, engineering, housekeeping).
• Sell retail to guests and close sales for aestheticians/therapists.
• Participate in monthly retail inventory.
