Responsibilities

• Greet guests and prepare them for services, ensuring comfort.
• Provide intake forms and schedule appointments in Zenoti.
• Answer phones before the third ring and escort guests to changing rooms.
• Assist therapists to keep guests on-schedule.
• Maintain changing rooms, quiet room, service areas, and laundry.
• Sell gift cards and educate guests on spa services and retail.
• Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy.
• Note guest details in appointment notes and tailor experiences.
