Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including locker room and amenities
• Answers the phone with a smile every time
• Acts as brand ambassador to ensure a clean, safe space with ideal lighting, music and scent
• Remembers guest preferences and birthdays/anniversaries to enhance experience
• Serves as backup for leadership to keep operations running smoothly
