Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and POS.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Experience in a Private Resort setting is helpful.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Upbeat, enthusiastic personality.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working with people; friendly and outgoing.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must be organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage spa reception.
• Answer phones, book appointments, check in guests.
• Promote spa services and products.
