Brasada Ranch in Oregon seeks a Spa Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests at the spa. You will warmly welcome visitors, answer questions, book appointments, and process check-ins and charges.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to keep the spa running smoothly in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The role emphasizes excellent hospitality, reliability, and an upbeat, friendly personality as part of a close-knit team that delivers exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
• Computer competency to include Excel, Word, POS.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close spa each day according to SOPs.
• Book, change and cancel spa appointments; greet visitors.
• Utilize spa computers proficiently; manage desk operations.
• Care for spa locker rooms, laundry, restocking amenities.
• Promote spa services, sessions and discounts.
• Answer phones using guest's name; provide accurate information.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

Role Description

As a member of our spa team, you will work with and be a part of a close knit family that look out for each other and thrive as a team. You will help maintain a calming atmosphere for all guests on their getaway and use that same sense of calm to focus your energy to a stress-free work environment.

The Spa Concierge is responsible for the reception area at the spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.

To be successful, you need to enjoy being the first point of contact for all guests when they walk into the spa. You enjoy providing that warm welcome that sets the tone for the guest experience. Your organization skills are proven and effective to ensure that the entire operation runs flawlessly. You love being the go-to person for both your team members and your guests because you are reliable and a pleasure to work with.

Requirements

General Responsibilities

• Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments. Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities. Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
• Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency.
• Care and general upkeep of the spa locker rooms, folding laundry, restocking amenities.
• Maintain a Spa Desk Bank.
• Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
• Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Skills/Traits
