Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality and elevated guest services and spa treatments preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, basic computer knowledge.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Be on time for your shift and perform services within the allotted time.
• Provide professional massage and body treatments in line with spa protocols.
• Inform and educate guests about wellness concerns and services.
• Support the spa team including weekends and holidays as needed.
