Job summary

Brasada Ranch, located on 1800 acres of Central Oregon scenery, is seeking a Guest Services Attendant who warmly welcomes guests and ensures an exceptional resort experience. You’ll greet visitors, help with questions, and coordinate Spa Brasada, dining, and golf reservations to create seamless experiences for guests and members.

As the resort’s ambassador, you’ll work with pride, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and communicate across departments to share important information.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer and typing skills are required.
• Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
• DPSST Unarmed Security certification preferred.
• Clean driving record
• Must have a valid license with the authorization and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with appropriate sequence of service standards throughout interaction both in person and over the phone.
• Assist guests with issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction and use supervisor support when necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between resort guests/members and the resort’s outfitter partners by providing guests/members with detailed, in-depth information about each tour/service that the different outfitters provide.
• Facilitate and confirm guest/member reservations for onsite Spa Brasada, dining & golf reservations.
• Effectively communicate with all departments on future activities, VIPs, and hours of operation.
• Explain resort products, services, and other information about the resort
• Maintain accurate logs of various activities.
• Accurate accounting of cash bank assigned to the Front Desk.
• Provide shuttle service on property as needed.
• Complete Night Audit procedure using SMS Property Management System, Jonas Club Management, and any other related IT systems necessary
• Maintain an organized, sanitary and safe working area.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
