Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and inquiries with warmth and efficiency.

You will upsell Brasada amenities, coordinate with front desk, and ensure seamless arrival experiences, leveraging knowledge of local activities to enrich guest stays.

This full-time, on-site role requires excellent communication, strong computer skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service and reservation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Excellent computer and typing skills are required. Excel and Word proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and manage reservations at the front desk.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information to ensure a great stay.
• Promote Brasada amenities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations.
