Job summary

Hyatt seeks a full-time Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment at Spruce Peak, Stowe. The role includes scheduling spa treatments and personalizing services for guests, blending hospitality with wellness expertise.

Shift hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with required weekend and holiday availability. The ideal candidate should have prior spa or hospitality experience and excellent communication skills.

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Shift 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work weekend days and holidays.

Full-Time Year Round

Rate of Pay $20.00 an hour

The Spa Concierge serves as the guest's personal guide to relaxation and well ‑ being, handling everything from scheduling treatments to tailoring spa experiences based on individual preferences. They provide expert knowledge of services, recommend therapies that suit a guest ' s needs, and coordinate details like amenities, special requests, and post ‑ treatment arrangements. Their role blends hospitality with wellness expertise, ensuring every guest feels cared for, understood, and effortlessly pampered throughout their visit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).

• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
