Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Spa Concierge at Spruce Peak Lodge & Club in Vermont. The role blends hospitality with wellness expertise, guiding guests through spa experiences and scheduling treatments.

This full-time position requires weekend and holiday shifts, 12:00–20:00, with a pay rate of $20 per hour. Great benefits include health coverage after 30 days and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).

• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Shift 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work weekend days and holidays.

Full-Time Year Round
