Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a Part Time Spa Concierge for evening shifts. You will welcome guests, perform selling and upsell activities for services and products, and ensure a flawless arrival experience with a warm, friendly demeanor.

Join The Woodhouse team and become a brand ambassador, delivering a memorable guest experience while maintaining a clean, inviting spa environment and noting guest preferences for personal touches and celebrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or spa services.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to upsell services and products.

Responsibilities

• Is comfortable and skilled selling retail products and upgrading guests to higher level services, both over the phone and in person
• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff,” you always make sure things are running smoothly
