The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a Part Time Spa Concierge for evening shifts. Join America’s BEST day spa and help create a memorable guest experience with warm welcomes and seamless service. • Comfortable describing the Woodhouse experience to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personal attention from arrival to departure.
• Sell retail products and upgrade guests to higher level services over phone and in person.
• Answer the phone with a smile and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Act as brand ambassador by ensuring a clean, safe space with appropriate lighting, music and scent.
• Remember guest preferences and assist leadership when needed to keep things running smoothly.

Sales experience is a MUST! Not only are you experienced at selling, you enjoy selling to our guests and are good at it.

More specifically, our fabulous spa concierge:

• Is comfortable and skilled selling retail products and upgrading guests to higher level services, both over the phone and in person
• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff,” you always make sure things are running smoothly
